I’m flabbergasted, over here. I mean, holy hell, it would be far less stupid to just take the best ever pic you ever took of your dong and alter the meta-data, so it looks like it was taken ten minutes ago.

I’m a bi guy, and I’d say yes, if I receive/see them in the right context (like being on lemmynsfw) and if the photographer has an aesthetic approach.
But an unsolicited photo or one that just says “look how big it is” is a no-no.
