Honestly don’t even need to point out the liar part
Just point out that he has brain damage from a worm literally eating his brain. He could have made all the right choices and that still makes him a horrible person to put in charge just from a mental acuity angle
He was a hack long before the brain worm. The worm thing is absolutely pertinent and you are correct that should preclude him from any serious run, but he’s been selling snake oil for a looooong time and has many reasons beyond mere medical stuff that should top the list of why he’s a piece of shit leader.
I don’t know what to tell you if you need to have a discussion about a grifter. To take him seriously, you have to pretty seriously have zero knowledge about what he lies about.
