Look at all the subtle moles on her skin
Look at how the pattern on her socks matches on both and is actually consistently spaced
Look at how the couch deforms where she’s sitting and changes color where her sock has dragged
Look at how nothing in the background looks like it’s melting or is hard to make out
The glass covering the lamps is normal and not completely fucked

Dude, she plainly has a human amount of fingers. The shot is done with a wide angle lense which is the problem with perspective you’re having.
There’s nothing about this that is even slightly suspicious.
