Me and my fibromyalgia ass disagree.
You should also see a physical therapist. They can set you up with some easy daily workouts targeted at your lower back. Just a few minutes a day.
Tell that to my back…
I started doing yoga regularly, now I have more back pain then ever! (But seriously it probably helps)
My back hurts less in the past two years because of 3 things:
-
getting a dog and walking him twice a day.
-
buying a rucking back pack and carrying a 20lb plate on atleast one of the walks.
-
actually standing at my standing desk instead of sitting for at least half the day.
I’m 51 and I can say the less I sit, the better I feel.
Second this. Running helped my back in more ways than one for sure.
-
I walk to my fridge every day. Does that count?
