I really want to know how to get a girls tummy, but I really don’t know how, I am 20 yo beginning sissy, and I’d love to be more pretty. The thing holding me back most about being a sissy is that I feel like it is real hard to look convincingly like a girl.

I would say don’t forget the importance of loving yourself regardless of how you look and you will be more confident in general ♥️

There are girls of all shapes and sizes, do things that make you happy and make you feel like a girl.

If you want to loose weight, the best way to do that is to eat in a sustainable, healthy way and be active. Meaning your diet shouldn’t be something incredibly restrictive, it should be meals that contain all your food groups in reasonable portions, at the same times every day. Your body likes patterns. Allow yourself to have sweets if you want, but of course, everything in moderation.

To be active, go on walks, maybe runs too if you can handle it. Start slow and easy and work your way up to things. That’s the best way to ensure you actually keep at it. I know one thing people talk about a lot is doing a lot of glute exercises like squats to get a nice tight butt.

Maybe start with a walks and then some body weight exercises for each muscle group, and with a slight emphasis on exercises for your glutes and stomach. (Ab workouts like situps, squats for glutes, etc). And then work your way up to running instead of walking and training with weights from there, and look up exercises as you go.

There’s not a true equivalent to the sub in about to recommend, so for the time being you could check out r/femmefitness over on reddit

I do want to reiterate, the more you love yourself regardless of your size, the happier you’ll be. You’re young, try to enjoy your youth without being too hard on yourself.

Also there’s other things you can to to look more feminine.

    • make up
    • shaving your body
    • longer hairstyles
    • wearing certain clothes

Take it slow, see what you like, do what makes you happy 😊

Your body is made in the kitchen. If you can, see if you’re able to go to a Nutritionist or Dietician and build out a plan to achieve your goals. This will get you at least 80% of the way if you can maintain the strict diet. Unless they’re kink informed or whatever just say that you want to slim down and lower your body fat to be slender but not be super ripped or anything.

Have an old classic guide. Some of this may not apply, but it’s good for a starting point: (link removed to to dangerous advice contained within)

As others have said, you gotta accept you within yourself as well, have some self affirmation and remember to love yourself 💖

BPA exposure is linked to cancer, avoid reusing plastic water bottles.

Lauren, looks like you’re trying to help, but consider stopping spreading this dangerous advice

Oh shit, thank you for that, I said some of this may not apply but I didn’t realise quite how much it didn’t apply. I’ll remove the link 💖

Very welcome, and appreciated. There might be a version without the BPA advice 🤷🏼‍♂️

Maybe so, I’ll scrounge around see what I can find. If not, I might re-upload it with that edited out
