That seems to be an app specific issue. Both the vid and the embedded picture look fine with Eternity.
Edit: Just noticed that the comment should contain the full mp4 and not just a preview picture. The vid in the comment is not loading for me either, but creates a preview picture.
The mp4 videos don’t seem to work well across all apps, I uploaded it on the off chance it worked better for the other user.
It did not work in safari on my iPad either
