Is this the best Red Leyline we’ve ever gotten?

Also really hoping this ends up being too much of a brick in Standard Gruul Prowess, because man is that deck already fast enough

I guess copying shocks and strikes was too good?.. Yeah, it would’ve been.

This is still nice, but I prefer burn to buff personally.
