T: “Hello my friend, I need your advice.”

P: “For you my dear friend, I will give it gladly!”

T: “Should I sell weapons to your enemies?”

P: “No, it is not a good idea, I strongly advice against that.”

T: “Thank you for your clear and unbiased answer, that is all I needed to hear”

          Functioning is contained in malfunctioning.
          So only if that counts.

And to share. But in trump’s case they choose not to.

            Edit: I wouldn’t share either.

I wonder if that was before or after this supposed interaction:

T: I said to Putin, ‘Don’t do it, Vladimir.’ And I told him things that what I would do. And he said, ‘No way.’ And I said, ‘Way.’ It’s the last time we had the conversation.

Yes that’s an actual quote from his Musk interview.

T: I said Putin, don’t do it, be excellent to each other. And he told me, he has tears in his eyes, he says, Mr. Trump, you traveled through time and brought So-crates here to help me pass my book report, I will not harm Ukraine. And he didn’t. The end.

That was not “asking for advice”, that was “receiving orders from the handler”.

First read this as camping, and pictured him in shorts and a tshirt with a Maga hat drinking a Schlitz in a folding chair by a camp fire, asking Putin on the phone how to make a smore.

Don Jr. boasted of using Russian money long before the election. Trump has been a useful idiot for them since the 1980s.
