Hey maybe you can help me out what I could add to my kitchen to make it feel more cozy.

Edit: Thanks everyone for the comments, helps me alot. I think I will add some color to the wall (not all) like the sage green color recommended sounds good. Maybe a clock to the wall lol. I just want to take it slow, I don’t want it looking too much.

I love the look of your kitchen, so to me it already looks cozy

The other suggestions are good, and I’d look for something to go above the window over the sink.

You just straight need more stuff. It’s like a model home before people move in and personalize it.

Drapes, even if they’re always pulled back, will reduce the sterility of the windows.

Have some cookie jars on the bench. Have a fruit bowl with fruit in it. Have a little herb garden

Bake some cookies. Apart from that, maybe find some colorful wall art and rugs. How about painting the wall behind the sink a fun, warm color to break up all the white?

I like your kitchen very much, btw.

I agree with dance_ninja. Add some colour using art or plants. Paint or a bit of tile would be other options with a bit more effort.

I’ve got much the same scheme, maple cabinetry, white quartz countertops, black fixtures, but we added a pale teal backsplash tile for some nice colour to balance things out.

I see a lot of wood, metal, and not a lot of dark/cold colors. Maybe think of ways to add colored fabric with warmer tones?

I’m not sure. I love the wood and I think the plant above the cupboards helps, but it’s a huge open space and kinda sterile with the white everywhere in my opinion. Hrm.

Add some strip lights under and over the cabinets. It will liven up the space and helps you see better when cooking. I prefer Hue or Nanoleaf light strips but there are many to choose from.

Go to HomeGoods. Get a cart. Walk through the whole store. Pick 1 item per aisle and put it in your cart. Buy the items and put them in your kitchen.

Basically, I’m seeing a lot of blank white. Not very charming.

What does it look like with the lights on? Try using warmer temperature bulbs. Phillips have some that change hue as you dim them.
