It's always great to see more Lovecraftian games on the horizon, so here’s my personal list of the best upcoming 2025 titles – officially approved by Cthulhu himself!

Lovecraftian games have been blowing up over the past few years. Dredge already has three DLCs, Darkest Dungeon did so well we got a sequel, and Still Wakes the Deep is sitting at almost 90% positive reviews on Steam. And the list keeps growing – smaller titles like Worshippers of Cthulhu and Do No Harm have also been getting plenty of love from players. This trend isn’t slowing down anytime soon, so we can expect even more in this year.

With that in mind, here are my top five upcoming 2025 Cthulhu-inspired games that I can’t wait to play!
