    I‘m from Europe, so maybe we don‘t get alle the press news. But from the outside, I wonder: Where the f*** have the Democrats been for weeks?

      They lack unity and any sort of definitive leadership. They’re a rudderless ship in a storm. What consensus they can muster among the older ranks is to not upset their wealthy donors, so any chance of creating a policy to invigorate the working class is out of the question. Any policy that is good for the working class will tap the brakes on the unfettered looting being done by the ruling class, so that’s a no starter for the establishment Democrats.

      • The leader of our upper house, the Senate, recently swapped their vote to approve a bill Republicans, along with 9 others. They could filibuster like Republicans have before in similar seat counts, but aren’t. People are pissed, nationally.
      • The last candidate from the Democrat is not popping up right now, I don’t think any candidates really speak up after they lose from either party, except Trump because he’s always the outlier.
      • The last Democrat in the oval office is properly just trying to retire in peace, I don’t recall seeing anything with Biden lately, I think he’s just trying to lay low with the pardons on his family.
      • The lower house, the House of Representatives is also Republican controlled. I last heard they might be drafting up a lawsuit and maybe new articles of impeachment to Trump.
