I recently, and by mere accident, discovered I have a very hard limit. I’m not talking about a turn off. My instinctive reaction was so visceral I call it a cut off. I felt dirty. Came home and took a shower. And used the lye soap.
I stopped at my local supermarket for some items. As I was going through the ailes - it’s a Lidl, so not much to lock us in there - I noticed a group of three girls, doing their shopping spree. This is a relatively small area, so greeting another person is still considered common politeness and because I needed an item from where they were standing I approached the girls, asked to reach the shelf and thanked them as I dropped the item in my cart.
Nothing wrong here, right?
Now allow me a moment to talk about myself. I’m plain and average, on all metrics. I’d be gray in a picture. I don’t stand out. And I try my best to be like that. If I could have a supra human hability, I’d choose to be able to go unnoticed at will.
One of those girls locked eyes with me. It wasn’t a casual glance or the more focused, social setting, attentative eye contact. It was pure lust. And that irked me to a level I had never known until that moment.
There was a girl, in the prime of her life, at least 15 years younger than me, eyeing me. It felt wrong. It should not, ever, be for someone my age, like me, that reaction. I felt bad. I felt uneasy.
I slapped my best neutral face and went about with my life. But that stayed with me. It shows, does it not? I’m writing this down.
Age difference does not sit well with me. And the bigger the gap, the worst it gets.

As for our turn offs. We were asked once to act out some race play and that haunted us for weeks so no, not again. And scat. Big no. Hubby even has issues with anal due to that.

Two to three years age gap is the most I can understand. And even then.
Age gaps always irked me. I’ll grant that for each their own but it’s a concept that I do not subscribe.
From power dynamics in the couple, relationship longevity, etc, for me it is a 9 times out of 10 scenario for failure.

I had similar experiences recently. It seems like this generation of young women either has more older guy fetishes or is less shy about showing them. Either way, I am right there with you–it felt surprisingly gross.

I find it amusing when younger guys think I’m hot. I’m not going to entertain their desires but it’s funny not off-putting to me. The kid who used to cut my lawn with his “you seem like a cool lady, wanna get high?” He was persistent but honestly it just cracked me up. Old guys did most certainly squick me out when I was young though, and yes generational age gaps are a turnoff.
I am very turned off by subby guys (sorry, guys) and by rich guys usually.

As far as turn-offs, for me it’s scent. I know homosexual activity isn’t something I would be into because men smell like men, which is not at all unpleasant, but just sort of extinguishes sexual desire the way water extinguishes fire. On the bad end of the spectrum, anything anal is no bueno. Just the word “butthole” can make me vaguely queasy remembering the odor.
For you to get what in return? I really don’t think I have something worthy to trade. Averageness is not a high value comodity.

I care to dogs, have way too much dog under my roof, I think dogs are just special and unique creatures.
