That seems odd but I don’t hold grudges. Life is too short for that.
I could get pissed off by a coworker or family and just let it go within a week. Usually talking it out with the person in question or someone else.
Often I address it directly or discuss with a related party. Is it just me? Am I overreacting?
In any case I feel like it’s uncommon since I often see people really dislike others and that’s just drama I don’t want to deal with personally.
The only issue I’ve recieved is some people dislike my direct nature. I don’t like games or office politics. I call shit out at work and home. Very logical approach. If someone doesn’t know something they can’t address it.
Whenever I get a new manager / superior I let them know up front. That said I also know when to keep my mouth shut to avoid problems. Usually I take down a note and converse with my boss about it if it’s above my pay grade.
It becomes a problem sometimes when I have an argument and then let it go. But the other party is still mad at me and bad at communication. I try to talk it out and it doesn’t work or they just take longer to be not mad.
I’m forgiving.

That’s awesome. I wish I was more forgiving
