Hopefully you find it a better Gladiator II than the one Ridley Scott put out last year.

You know, I actually quite liked Gladiator II.
I think, going in, I already knew there was no way it would be able to hold a candle to the first one.
My expectations weren’t that high, so it didn’t disappoint.
I guess after Napoleon it was expected, but the Last Duel wasn’t too long ago, and Ridley Scott knocked it out of the park there.
Luckily its not all bad news though, we are having Nolan making a massive sword and sandal epic, so hopefully that will scratch the itch for a while
