    I notice that they aren’t pushing Vance to pick up the slack.

    If McCain had been having problems in the 2008 race, Palin would have been out 24/7.

        That’s absolutely it.

        Vance grabbed the spotlight after his nomination, and that would have been a sin enough, but he was also extremely unlikeable and weird. He probably can’t show his face in public without Trump personally approving it, and Trump no longer has the attention and energy to follow his own schedule, much less micromanage Vance - hence, no Vance.

          I appreciate your genuine answer for what wasn’t an entirely genuine question.

          I was pointing out I don’t think 24/7 applies if it’s a one time event. Palin can’t be kicked out continuously, 24/7.
